Gas Main Shutdown

Yo. Oh shit man. I'm still at work waiting for my boy, Kevin, to come and bail me out. He's replacing me as I am covering a gas main shut down for the project I am currently working on, the Second Avenue Subway. Today one of our welders injured his back so I took him to some hospital in deep Queens and waited in the ER the entire day. Damn. The ER can really drain one's energy. So much sick people looking desperate and sad. And then I drove my superintedent's car all over the city to drop off the welder and then back to the Upper East Side. I totally gained some driving knowledge on the Long Island Expressway and the Triborough Bridge, which is the most complicated mother fucker in the world. I have so much work to do because I was gone all day but I am just sitting here writing this blog post. Fuck. Peace.
